Wooden Cutting Board
Crafted by the artisans of Itza Wood in Guatemala, this teak cutting board highlights the natural beauty of sustainably harvested, certified wood from the heart of the Guatemalan jungle. Designed to showcase the rich grain and texture of teak, it undergoes all-natural processing treatments to enhance durability and functionality, making it both a stunning and practical addition to your kitchen.
To Care for Your Cutting Board:Hardwoods will last a lifetime with proper care. Itza Wood recommends conditioning boards, spoons, and bowls with a mixture of beeswax and food-safe linseed oil, mineral oil, or any other natural oil that does not turn rancid. Apply this once a week for the first month, and then sporadically to restore vibrancy when the wood dulls. Wash items with warm soapy water, but do not leave them submerged. Dry promptly.
