Your subscription automatically renews on the 15th of each month, and a candle with a new scent and card with an inspiring message ships within 7 days.
Customers who sign up on the 15th-28th of the month will be charged immediately for their first order, which will ship within 7 days of sign-up. Customers who sign up on the 29th-14th of the month will be charged immediately for their first order, which will ship by the 20th. Customers in the U.S. will be charged $21 plus $7 shipping on the 15th of each month.
Customers in Canada will be charged $21 plus $25 shipping on the 15th of each month. Customers also will be responsible for paying any customs duties/taxes charged on imported goods, as well as any additional entry fees charged by USPS at the time of delivery.
Customers with addresses considered remote to USPS may be charged an additional fee at the time of shipping. Grace Flame candles are not available for a one-time purchase, but subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Grace Flame candles are non-refundable. Please note: The rough, bumpy tops after burning a soy wax candle are caused when the hot wax in the melt pool cools and solidifies at an inconsistent rate. This is a feature of soy wax, and not a sign you did anything incorrectly. In fact, this feature shows the candle is made with all-natural soy wax. It does not affect the performance of the candle. We choose to use soy wax in our candles because paraffin wax emits chemicals.
