ESOL Program Leader
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship- focused leader to oversee our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) program and assist with our monthly empowerment lunches for women in our community. This part-time role includes supervising the ESOL teachers, ensuring curriculum quality, supporting student progress, and fostering an empowering environment for adult learners. This role also requires a commitment to Mercy House Global’s faith-based mission, including building Christ-centered relationships with participants, modeling the love of Jesus, and seeking appropriate opportunities to share the hope of the Gospel with women in the program.
