We provide for the rescue of pregnant girls in Kenya – victims of modern day slavery, oppression, and poverty – with medical care and a safe home for them to give birth and nurture their newborns. Are you passionate about empowering vulnerable women and creating lasting change in your local community? Mercy House Global is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Local Hope Program Director to lead our efforts in transforming lives through hope, opportunity, and empowerment.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, planning and executing impactful programs that uplift women and their families. From coordinating Women’s Empowerment Lunches to mentoring Local Hope beneficiaries, you’ll create pathways for personal and professional growth while fostering meaningful relationships with local ministries and community partners.
