Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $125 is only available in the contiguous USA. We apologize to our friends in Alaska and Hawaii, but our ministry can no longer afford to offer free shipping outside of the lower 48 states. We do not offer free shipping options internationally.

The LABL Shipping Guarantee is an optional service that provides coverage for your shipments against lost, stolen or damaged orders while in transit. It offers peace of mind by ensuring that you receive a replacement or refund for the value of the item if it is lost, stolen or damaged while in transit to your address.

If you opted out of the shipping guarantee, or you're unsure of how to proceed, please send an email to info@mercyhouseglobal.org.

1. Visit our customer service portal ;)

2. Enter your order number + email address to start

3. Select "Problem with delivery" at the top right of the screen

4. Select the items that were affected, follow the prompts to let us know what happened, and your preferred resolution

5. Once you submit your request, LABL will review and get back to you in 2-4 hours. When approved, you will get an email letting you know!

MHG Clubs

While our products are quality-checked, sometimes these things happen or they break in transit! Please email us at info@mercyhouseglobal.org within 30 days of receiving your package and we will work hard to get you a replacement or exchange it for a similar item.

The LABL shipping guarantee is not available to most club members. So if you didn't receive your box, or you received a damaged product, please let us know by contacting info@mercyhouseglobal.org and we will look into it.

Returns

Yes! We’ve partnered with LABL to provide free returns and exchanges for our customers. By opting in, customers are eligible to receive a free return label in case they aren’t satisfied for any reason.

If you opted out of the return guarantee when you placed your order, LABL’s return portal still allows for hassle-free returns. In this case, you will simply be asked to pay for the provided return label.

If you need to make a return, you will be able to choose between a store credit, an exchange for another product, or a refund.

2. Enter your order number + email address to start

3. Select “Start Your Return” at the top right of the screen

4. Select items you’d like to return, reason why, and your return preferences

5. Once you submit your request, our support team will review and get back to you within 1-2 business days. When approved, you will get a confirmation email with next steps (if needed!)

- Orders made online within 30 days from the receipt of purchase

- Products in unused and resealable condition

- Products in the original packaging with the tags intact

- Damaged in transit items (with pictures)

MHG Clubs

Subscription club products, when received as part of the monthly or quarterly club, are ineligible for returns — unless the product is damaged. If you have a damaged product, please email info@mercyhouseglobal.org right away for a replacement.
