By opting in, customers are eligible to receive a free return label in case they aren’t satisfied for any reason. Buying online can be difficult, but we’ve got your back to make sure you get what you want!

If you need to make a return, you will be able to choose between a store credit, an exchange for another product, or a refund.

No problem! LABL’s return portal allows for hassle free returns whether you purchased the
return guarantee or not. If you chose to opt-out, you will simply pay for the provided

MHG Clubs are monthly subscriptions of fairly traded goods and jewelry, delivered right to your door! Each month we partner with artisans across the globe to bring you unique, high quality items. These artisan groups represent women in hard situations, including those rescued from human trafficking and those who live in extreme poverty, who are in need of work in order to support themselves and their families. Over the years, MHG subscription clubs have provided hundreds of thousands of hours of dignified work for marginalized artisans. We are not a for–profit company, or even a profit-for-good — MHG Clubs is operated by a non-profit, created as a way to financially support the rescue and care of abused, pregnant teens in our maternal rescue center in Kenya. As of February 2024, we have rescued 81 pregnant teens between the ages of 12-16, and have witnessed the miracle births of 81 cute, bouncing babies! All profits from our subscription clubs directly support this ministry.

Because MHG Clubs are subscriptions, we do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

We have subscriptions available on several different platforms: the MHG website, Cratejoy, Subbly, and PayPal. Simply log into your account on the appropriate platform and cancel at anytime. Please keep in mind that if you are trying to cancel after your card has already been charged, you will need to contact us to request a refund.
