ABOUT THE ARTISAN
At Thai Village, they develop long term relationships with local people in Thailand and product handmade crafts that reflect their diverse cultures. Their mission is to train and employ low-income people, support Christian outreach and education, and create opportunities to share God's love in community.

Meet Jang:
The artisan working on the leather is a young man who has been chronically ill with kidney disease for many years. Throughout the year, he works remotely for Thai Village while doing at-home dialysis care. When he feel strong enough, he comes to the office to work together with others and to be surrounded by an encouraging environment. The leather orders provide meaningful work that he is able to do in community while managing his health issues.
