We are going deeper than ever before with our refugee program!
In addition to partnering with local organizations to provide immediate needs, we are working with local churches and educational organizations to help facilitate community through quarterly lunches, baby welcome kits for expectant mothers, and local ESOL classes in pockets of the Houston area that will be accessible to the women in these communities.
It will cost Mercy House Global approximately $20,000 to hire and train a head ESL teacher and begin developing this program. Join us in this giving opportunity that will impact women from around the globe and give them the opportunity to learn english....the most powerful tool they will have as they begin adapting to their new life in the USA!
