Miujiza, meaning "miracle" in Swahili, is a Mercy House Global artisan group in Kenya made up primarily of grandmothers of the teen mothers at Rehema House maternity homes. Through weaving, these women have developed valuable skills that provide meaningful work and opportunities to support their families.

Their craftsmanship represents more than beautiful textiles. It is part of a larger story of hope and transformation across generations. By creating opportunities for grandmothers, teen mothers, and their children, Miujiza helps families move toward greater stability and a future beyond generational poverty. ESOL classes help refugees strengthen their English skills, while Women's Empowerment Luncheons provide both communities with opportunities for fellowship, practical learning, and skills training. Together, these programs create welcoming spaces where women can build relationships and move toward brighter futures.
