Practiced for centuries, the gentle ritual of brushing the skin with a dry brush, followed by showering has benefits of beautiful skin. This self-care practice gently exfoliates, increases circulation, and stimulates the lymphatic system, supporting the body's detoxification process.

Our body brush is biodegradable, so pop it in the compost when it reaches the end of its life.
