LET’S ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS

How do I manage my subscription club account?
If you signed up for a FTF subscription after November 2022, you should have received an email from Recharge with a link to create an account. Once you have done this you will be able to manage your subscription by logging into Recharge with the email that was used at sign-up. For existing subscribers of FTF you will can log into Cratejoy to manage your subscription:

 

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Contact customer service at info@mercyhouseglobal.org or call 832-652-3762, if your order has not already been shipped we are happy to omit items or adjust shipping options for your order. We are not however able to add additional items to your order. If you desire to add items, go ahead and place an additional order and we can combine shipments where possible.

Can I buy a FTF Main Box or EOTM/BOTM or Grace Flame without a subscription?
Yes! Once the clubs has closed for the month, those items are made available online or on our app for purchase individually. 
Closing Dates for Clubs:
Main Box – 6 days from the end of the month (31 days= 25th, 30 days=24th)
EOTM – the 15th of the month
BOTM – the 16th of the month 
Grace Flame – the 28th of the month
Grace Case – stays open until we run out and then we send the Welcome box

When is my subscription box going to ship?
Club shipping dates:
 Main Box – 25th or 26th of the month
EOTM – Between the 27th and 29th of the month
BOTM – Between the 27th and 29th of the month
Grace Flame – Between the 16th and 19th of the month
Grace Case – Between the 16th and 19th of the month
I don't see what I wanted on the website/app anymore. Is it still available?
I don’t see what I wanted on the website/app anymore. Is it still available? 
Some Items that are listed on our app can be pre-authorized, so that when we restock the item it will automatically be shipped out to you. The Mercy House Global app can be downloaded from your iphone or android app store. Unfortunately we do not offer pre-authorization through our online store.
My coupon or rewards code is not working.
