Mercy House is a little more than 6 years old.
In that time, we’ve empowered the opening of maternity homes in Kenya (our flagship work through Rehema House) and supported more than 30 teen mothers and their children, along with dozens of indigenous employees and hundreds of family members of the residents have been impacted.
Several years ago, we believe God impressed upon us to provide jobs for oppressed women in Jesus’ name. Mercy House has been going through a lot of changes behind the scenes–from growth in our USA offices to encompassing more work on the ground in several capacities.  In order to continue to support the maternity homes in Kenya and expand our work to empower more women, we have become Mercy House Global.
It’s more than a new name–it’s a bold initiative to stand for oppressed women around the globe as we link arms with countless ministries who are working with thousands of women.
The mission of Mercy House is to engage, empower and disciple.  Through the Fair Trade Friday  subscription club and artisan relationships, Mercy House is now assisting 42 artisan groups in 27 countries.

When you give to Mercy House or purchase product from our store or Fair Trade Friday, you are not empowering women around the world with jobs, you are also providing funds to sustain the needs of Rehema House in Kenya.

We are excited to see what God will continue to do!
Thank you for being a part of it.
