Booking Details:
Party date and time is reserved with a $50 donation to Mercy House Global.
Parties must be booked at least 14 days in advance and are subject to date and

Monday – Thursday
1 pm – 3 pm
Saturdays
10 pm -12 pm or 2 pm -4 pm
Fees
$150 total donation for Monday-Thursday Parties
$175 total donation for Saturday Parties
Party includes…
★ Age-appropriate volunteer project based on the current needs of Mercy House Global.
○ Example Project: Tagging & Sorting Product (photo)
★ Birthday Child + 15 friends (age 7 & up) +$3 per additional child, max 25 kids
★ Party area comfortably accommodates 15 adults.
★ $50 non-refundable donation reserves date + time and is applied tototal party donation.
★ One Mercy House Staff Member will be available to direct project during party.
★ Party favor! You pick from a “Make your own Bracelet Kit” or friendship bracelet for each of your guests.
★ Photo Booth + Props – bring your camera to take pictures.
★ Private Party in Mercy House Barn Volunteer area decorated with birthday banner + balloons. This area has chairs + tables, small refrigerator, sink, and restroom.
★ Access to Mercy House Store for shopping during party time.
